On the day of your event, we typically arrive 1.5–2 hours before serving time. Our team parks the van in the pre-agreed location, hooks up to power (if needed), and begins prepping the wood fired oven, which takes around 45 minutes to reach the perfect pizza-blistering temperature.
We’ll have already confirmed all access details, timings and menu choices in advance, so there’s no last-minute surprises on the day.
2. Firing Up the Oven
The heart of the setup is the oven. At Woodfired Pizza Bar, we use a traditional wood fired oven built into the van, providing unbeatable heat and flavour. As the flames rise, we prepare ingredients and stretch fresh dough ready for service.

3. Service Begins
When service starts, it’s fast, fresh and fun. Guests can order their choice from the pre-selected menu, and we’ll make it to order, often within just a few minutes.
The van becomes a buzzing focal point for guests to gather, chat and enjoy the spectacle of pizzas being tossed, topped and fired before their eyes.
4. Great for All Events

5. Clean-Up & Goodbye
Once everyone’s full and the last slice is served, we quietly pack down, clean the area, and roll out — leaving nothing but happy guests and delicious memories behind.
