He kept in regular contact, confirming all the details and was very accommodating with our dietary requirements. Our special requests for Indian-style spicy Paneer Pizza, Blue Cheese Pizza, and Bianca Pizza were all a big hit with everyone! The pizzas arrived hot and fresh, and he even provided four different types of salads at our request. Matthew arrived 2–3 hours early to set up the stand and canopy, and the wood-fired oven added a wonderful touch that impressed our guests. I would definitely recommend him for any type of event or party.

The pizzas were delicious, I would go as far to say they are the best I have ever tasted. Can’t recommend them enough. The feedback from all our guests has been fabulous.
