- Arrival and Setup: We arrive early to set up our beautiful mobile van and wood fired oven. All we need is access and enough space (approx. 6m x 3m).
- Fresh Prep Onsite: We prepare all dough, sauces, and toppings fresh at your event so everything is as delicious as possible.
- Cooking and Serving: Our pizzas are fired at 400+ degrees, cooking in around 90 seconds, allowing fast and fresh service for all guests.
- Clean and Tidy: After your event, we leave no trace – our team handles all cleanup.
